Business Analyst – Offline Merchants

About the role

Amazon Pay is expanding its offline merchant ecosystem in India. We are looking for a Business Analyst to drive growth for offline merchants by executing go‑to‑market strategies, building dashboards, and automating data tools that enable informed decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain daily, weekly and monthly sales dashboards for offline merchants.
• Collaborate with BI and central operations teams to automate reporting workflows.
• Prepare sales summaries, weekly business reviews (WBR) and other analytical reports for business managers and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Share brand and store performance insights with relevant teams in a timely manner.
• Support GTM initiatives by providing data‑driven recommendations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience creating complex Excel VBA macros and data visualisations.
• Proven ability to define requirements and translate data into actionable business insights.
• Experience working with large datasets, SQL or ETL processes.
• Background in B2B sales, relationship management, and a strong interest in payments or e‑commerce.
