Associate – Category Marketing (Beauty & Personal Care)

About the role

The Associate – Category Marketing (Beauty & Personal Care) will own the shopper journey on Myntra’s beauty pages, blending storytelling with data‑driven product curation. You will coordinate co‑marketing campaigns with global and local brands, work with creative and technical teams, and help optimise the search experience to drive beauty sales.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end marketing road‑maps for new brand and product launches, from teaser creation to conversion push.
• Partner with beauty brands to execute comprehensive co‑marketing campaigns, including onsite visibility, CRM triggers and social media alignment.
• Act as the internal voice of the customer to improve search and discovery, making product finding intuitive.
• Identify viral beauty trends and translate them into curated collections, themed stores and optimized search terms.
• Collaborate with technical teams to advocate for feature enhancements that improve the app interface and overall platform experience.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of the beauty and personal care market.
• Ability to manage multiple launch timelines and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Customer‑centric mindset with a focus on seamless discovery experiences.
