Associate Brand Manager

About the role

As an Associate Brand Manager at Ather, you will drive the creation and execution of brand‑centric campaigns that elevate the company’s mobility solutions. You will work closely with the Brand Lead and cross‑functional teams to shape brand perception, generate demand, and support sales initiatives across India.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and launch thematic brand campaigns that reinforce product positioning and aspiration.
• Oversee production, on‑ground execution, and performance tracking of all campaign elements.
• Manage brand alliances, sponsorships, and partnerships across events, films, sports, and lifestyle platforms.
• Develop a pipeline of social content ideas in collaboration with third‑party creators and influencers.
• Conduct deep‑dive competitor, pricing, and consumer‑behavior analyses to inform strategic decisions.
• Mine large data sets to identify trends, predict market shifts, and optimise the brand funnel from awareness to acquisition.
• Support zonal marketing teams with business planning, sales training, and product‑pitch alignment.
• Liaise with research, creative, PR, media, events, training, and regional teams to ensure cohesive brand execution.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in integrated brand campaigns and alliance management, preferably in automotive or hardware.
• Strong ability to translate consumer insights and data into clear marketing briefs.
• Understanding of digital customer journeys, social media trends, and lead‑generation funnels.
• Moderate knowledge of online and offline media planning.
• Excellent project‑management skills and comfort working in an agile, cross‑functional environment.
• Experience handling agencies, partners, and trade‑sales coordination.
• Willingness to travel regularly (monthly).
