Assistant Marketing Manager – Brand & Campaigns

About the role

We are looking for a sharp, culturally tuned Assistant Marketing Manager to join Dineout’s Brand team. You will drive high‑impact, story‑driven campaigns that shape India’s dining conversation and build Dineout as a cultural brand.

Key responsibilities

• Own and execute topical day campaigns aligned with cultural moments, festivals and pop‑culture trends, managing briefs, creative execution and publishing across social, CRM and in‑app channels.
• Design and lead high‑stakes sale events such as the Great Indian Restaurant Festival (GIRF) and other IP‑driven sales, coordinating with product, growth, restaurant partnerships and agencies.
• Conceptualise and grow owned IPs that cement Dineout’s cultural relevance, working with influencer, PR and community teams.
• Partner with product teams to craft go‑to‑market strategies for new features, translating capabilities into consumer‑facing messaging and driving adoption.
• Conduct consumer immersion activities to gather insights that inform campaign narratives and product positioning.

Required profile

• Passionate about food culture and able to think in stories.
• Fast‑moving, comfortable with tight turnarounds and real‑time trend tracking.
• Strong collaboration skills across social, content, product, growth and partnership teams.
• Analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and iterate.
