Assembly Technician (0-2 yrs) – EV Charger Production

About the role

We are a fast‑growing EV‑charger startup looking for a motivated Assembly Technician to join our production floor in Bengaluru. The role offers hands‑on experience across mechanical, electrical and electronic assembly, under the guidance of senior technicians and the Production Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in assembling mechanical enclosures, brackets, panels and structural sub‑assemblies following visual SOPs.
• Apply correct fastener torque values using calibrated torque wrenches and power screwdrivers.
• Support cable‑management installation, including trays, glands and strain‑relief fittings.
• Route and dress wiring harnesses, crimp ferrules and pin terminals, and label wires per BOM.
• Observe HV safety, LOTO procedures and proper PPE usage.
• Handle PCBs and control modules, mount them on chassis or DIN rails, and perform visual inspections.
• Maintain ESD discipline and assist with rework, using a digital multimeter for continuity and voltage checks.

Required profile

• Completed ITI in Electrician, Mechanical, Fitter or Electronic Mechanic from a recognised board.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in English or Hindi.
• Willingness to work onsite in Bengaluru.
