About the role
As an Apprentice in Corporate Real Estate, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, managing the front desk and help‑desk operations. You will ensure a professional and welcoming environment while supporting administrative and reporting tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Greet visitors, manage reception area and maintain a positive first impression.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, distribute them appropriately.
- Maintain and update records, complaint registers, call tracking and client contact databases.
- Perform general administrative duties and support help‑desk activities.
- Contribute to monthly client management reports and participate in emergency evacuation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health‑and‑safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
- Assist in organizing meetings, coordinating employee relations issues and statutory compliance.
- Oversee building upkeep services, develop work plans and training programs for staff.
- Monitor staff performance, enforce dress code and etiquette, and manage office equipment such as printers and fax machines.
- Manage stock and inventory levels.
Required profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 2–5 years experience in help‑desk management or reception.
- Proven experience with continuous‑improvement initiatives and client reporting.
- Familiarity with occupational safety requirements.
- Strong computer literacy and ability to work with multiple systems.
