AI Agent Product Manager

About the role

As an AI Agent Product Manager at SquadStack you will own the end‑to‑end process of building and deploying AI agents for large consumer enterprises. You will work directly with VP and C‑level leaders to shape AI roadmaps, craft prompt logic for high‑impact use cases, and partner with engineering to deliver scalable product features.

Key responsibilities

• Lead deployment of SquadStack’s Voice AI Agents for major consumer enterprises, ensuring agents become mission‑critical for millions of customers.
• Design and optimise enterprise‑grade agents by mapping business workflows, writing and testing prompt logic, and collaborating with engineering to handle thousands of daily conversations.
• Engage deeply with customers to discover requirements, demonstrate solutions, address technical challenges, and tailor agents to business processes.
• Act as a trusted advisor to VP and C‑level executives, shaping AI roadmaps and aligning deployments with strategic goals.
• Own a portfolio of enterprise deployments end‑to‑end, driving adoption, expansion and long‑term success.
• Channel high‑velocity feedback loops into product and engineering to refine the roadmap and accelerate adoption at scale.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in AI implementation, product management, strategy consulting or solutions engineering, preferably in AI‑native companies.
• Strong technical acumen with the ability to understand and shape AI agent design and prompt writing.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, comfortable engaging with executive stakeholders.
• Ability to thrive in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.
