About the role
The Zonal Manager – Upselling Team will lead a field‑based sales force that focuses on existing Petpooja restaurant clients. The main objective is to grow revenue by promoting value‑added services, while deepening client relationships and ensuring alignment with corporate goals.
Key responsibilities
- Drive upselling and cross‑selling strategies to increase revenue from current clients.
- Develop and execute sales plans for value‑added services and monitor market trends.
- Lead, mentor and train the field sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Build strong relationships with restaurant owners, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Design and implement sales strategies in collaboration with marketing, product and customer success teams.
- Track and report sales performance, forecasts and insights to senior leadership.
- Ensure sales operations follow company policies, CRM best practices and leverage automation tools.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of experience in field sales, upselling and revenue generation.
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Consultative sales approach with strong negotiation skills.
- Understanding of the restaurant technology sector and software solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and regional languages.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Two‑wheeler, valid driving licence and a laptop are mandatory.

- Proficiency with CRM tools for reporting and analysis.
- Data‑driven decision‑making.
- Comfortable using a laptop for daily tasks.
