Visual Design Associate

About the role

The Visual Design Associate will join the Optimus Books Design team, supporting Amazon‑related projects that span brand development, high‑volume content production, and multi‑platform advertising. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, turning style guides into clean, web‑ready assets while leveraging the latest AI‑assisted design tools.

Key responsibilities

• Create innovative ad campaigns across digital, print, and video using Photoshop, Illustrator, and AI‑powered tools such as Adobe Firefly.
• Accelerate production with AI design agents, Figma AI plugins, generative fill, and text‑to‑image workflows.
• Collaborate with the broader Amazon design community to ensure brand consistency across channels.
• Follow editing SOPs to spot and correct content errors.
• Communicate status updates and escalations to global stakeholders.
• Partner with design leadership and product management to meet placement specifications.
