US Recruiter (Hybrid – Noida)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive US Recruiter to join our team in Noida, working in a hybrid model (three weeks remote, one week onsite). The role focuses on sourcing and managing candidates for US‑based clients across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Handle recruitment for Pharma, Healthcare, BFSI, Engineering, IT and non‑IT positions for US clients.
• Conduct initial screenings, coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle.
• Submit qualified candidates within defined timelines and maintain recruitment trackers and candidate database.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to ensure timely closures.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in US staffing or US recruitment.
• Understanding of W2, C2C and 1099 hiring models.
• Strong communication and sourcing abilities.
• Experience using job portals and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Willingness to work US shift timings.
• Own laptop with stable Wi‑Fi connection and comfortable with hybrid work.
