Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the face of Blue Dart on the ground, responsible for timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments within an assigned territory while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of shipments within the assigned route or territory, meeting committed service timelines.
• Handle shipments carefully to prevent damage or loss and verify shipment details before collection and delivery.
• Collect Cash on Delivery (COD) payments, obtain Proof of Delivery (POD) and required documentation, and ensure accurate cash handling.
• Scan shipments accurately using handheld devices or approved digital platforms and update shipment status in real time.
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures, road safety guidelines, and maintain vehicle condition and cleanliness.
• Escalate customer concerns or operational exceptions promptly and support colleagues during peak periods.

Required profile

• Minimum 8th standard education; fresher to 2 years of relevant experience in courier, logistics, distribution or field operations.
• Valid two‑wheeler or four‑wheeler driving licence; ownership of a two‑wheeler may be required.
• Physically fit, willing to work across shifts, weekends and holidays as per business needs.
