Territory Service Representative – Operations

About the role

The Territory Service Representative – Operations is the on‑ground face of Blue Dart, responsible for timely pickup and delivery of shipments within an assigned territory while ensuring a superior customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely pickup and delivery of customer shipments, adhering to committed service timelines and route efficiency.
• Handle shipments carefully to prevent damage, collect COD payments, obtain proof of delivery and ensure accurate documentation.
• Scan shipments using handheld devices, update status in real time and follow all SOPs.
• Maintain vehicle roadworthiness, statutory documents and report any maintenance needs.
• Represent the Blue Dart brand with professional grooming, uniform compliance and punctuality.
• Collaborate with Shift In‑charges and branch teams, supporting operational contingencies and safety meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 8th standard pass; higher education is a plus.
• Fresher to 2 years of experience in courier, logistics, retail delivery or field operations.
• Valid two‑ or four‑wheel driving licence and ownership of a two‑wheeler if required.
• Physically fit, willing to work shifts, weekends and holidays as needed.
