Territory Manager – Advanced Wound Care (Kolkata)

About the role

Are you a dynamic leader with a passion for healthcare and a talent for building strategic relationships? Coloplast is looking for a Territory Manager to drive sales of its Advanced Wound Care portfolio in Kolkata, ensuring patients have access to life‑changing products.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by promoting Coloplast’s wound‑care products.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key opinion leaders such as surgeons and nurses.
• Execute the annual business plan, including product evaluations, CMEs, ISPs and RTMs.
• Secure contracts with private and public hospitals to meet sales objectives.
• Gather market intelligence and feed insights back to management to refine segmentation and targeting.

Required profile

• 5+ years of successful sales experience in the pharmaceutical or medical‑device field.
• Graduate in Science/Pharmacy or a degree/diploma in sales or marketing management.
• Strong ethical mindset and alignment with Coloplast’s mission, vision and values.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience using CRM tools to manage accounts and track activities.
