Telesales Representative

About the role

The company is looking for a full‑time, on‑site Telesales Representative in Lucknow. You will engage prospective and existing customers through phone, email and messaging platforms to promote Nowgray’s software products and services, qualify leads and close sales.

Key responsibilities

• Explain product features, pricing and benefits to customers.
• Answer customer questions, resolve inquiries and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with sales and customer‑success teams to ensure smooth hand‑overs.
• Meet individual and team sales targets on a regular basis.
• Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to improve offerings.

Required profile

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for diverse customers.
• Customer service experience with the ability to build long‑term relationships.
• Proven sales aptitude, including lead qualification, negotiation and closing.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing product and sales training.
• Ability to work on‑site in Lucknow, manage time efficiently and achieve performance targets.
• Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor’s degree in business or marketing is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with CRM tools for call logging and documentation.
• Basic computer literacy.
