Technical Product Manager

About the role

Zinnia is seeking a Techno‑functional Product Manager to lead technical product initiatives across its insurance platform. You will bridge business needs and engineering solutions, ensuring seamless API integrations and data‑driven product launches.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full product lifecycle: research, market analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap creation, requirement definition, and launch.
• Analyze consumer needs, market trends, and partnership opportunities from ROI and build‑vs‑buy perspectives.
• Identify product gaps, propose enhancements, and generate ideas to increase market share and improve customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions and monitor product performance.
• Determine delivery and deployment dates for new releases, feature updates, and maintenance packs.
• Design and manage API integrations across platforms in partnership with engineering.
• Investigate escalated production issues, coordinate resolution, and document incident reports with preventive measures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with at least 5 years of product management or business analysis experience.
• Strong technical understanding of product development lifecycles, API integration, and SQL.
• Solid knowledge of system interfaces, data integration, networking, client/server architecture, and operating systems.
• Experience with business process modeling using decision tables, decision trees, and data flow diagrams.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all organizational levels.
