About the role
Amazon is looking for a motivated Team Lead to join its transportation team at a delivery centre in Uttar Pradesh. In this position you will oversee shift operations at the distribution centre and partner closely with the DC manager to drive performance and execute the operational plan.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily shift activities and ensure smooth warehouse operations.
- Support the DC manager in performance monitoring, reporting and improvement initiatives.
- Implement and follow the operational plan to meet productivity and safety targets.
- Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to resolve issues and maintain service levels.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Fluent in reading, writing and speaking English.
- Proven experience using Microsoft Office applications.
Required skills
- Excel.
- Microsoft Office suite.
