Team Lead – Delivery Operations

About the role
Amazon aims to be the most customer‑centric company on earth and is expanding its transportation network in Delhi. The Team Lead will oversee shift operations at the delivery centre, work closely with the centre manager to ensure smooth transportation functions, and support performance management and execution of the operational plan.
Key responsibilities
- Work with the centre manager to ensure smooth function of Amazon transportation operations in Delhi.
- Execute the delivery process from the delivery station to the customer address.
- Ensure sufficient bandwidth in the delivery team to manage peak‑time deliveries.
- Continuously improve the delivery process and achieve sustained performance improvements.
Required profile
- 1+ years of experience in a customer‑facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing.
- Fluent in speaking, writing and reading English.
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
