Tax Services Manager – Canada (US Clients)

About the role

Deloitte Tax Services India Private Limited is seeking a Manager to support US‑based clients of Deloitte Tax with Canadian tax compliance and advisory services. The role will be based in India and will work closely with the US team to deliver high‑quality tax solutions and help clients transform their tax functions.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and file business and individual tax returns for US and Canadian clients, including income, projections, and tax accounting.
• Provide compliance services for U.S. federal, state, international tax matters and Canadian tax obligations.
• Deliver advisory services related to tax compliance and planning.
• Gain in‑depth knowledge of Canadian income tax regulations and apply them to client engagements.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, leveraging technology and tax expertise to add value.
• Participate in training programs to develop functional and technical tax skills.

Required profile

• Full‑time MBA in Finance or equivalent from a reputable university with a minimum of 60% (or equivalent CGPA).
• Strong accounting knowledge and understanding of tax principles.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and interact with clients.
