Talent Project Manager – Strategic Projects

About the role

EY is looking for a Talent Project Manager to lead strategic projects that implement, integrate and optimise EY Talent systems. The role combines project leadership with deep expertise in SAP SuccessFactors and data integration to deliver high‑impact solutions for the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project management for strategic talent initiatives, from planning through deployment.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, requirements and deliverables.
• Design detailed cross‑functional project plans and manage timelines.
• Allocate and oversee internal and external resources to ensure effective utilisation.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and proactively address issues.
• Develop and control project budgets, monitoring planned, actual and forecast expenditures.
• Maintain transparent communication with team members, stakeholders and leadership.
• Establish quality standards, testing procedures and best‑practice project management processes.
• Facilitate change‑management activities to support user adoption of new systems.
• Document project plans, status reports, meeting minutes and lessons learned.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large‑scale HR technology projects.
• Strong leadership and ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.
