Social Media Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a Social Media Intern to support Bureau's social media presence across platforms, with a strong focus on content execution, real-time engagement, event coverage, and social media monitoring. This role is ideal for someone who lives on social media, understands what makes content engaging, and wants hands‑on experience building the social presence of a B2B technology brand.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day publishing across Bureau's social media channels, primarily LinkedIn.
• Support the social media calendar and ensure timely publishing of approved content.
• Create and adapt social content including posts, carousels, short‑form videos, polls, and stories.
• Monitor industry conversations, trends, hashtags, mentions, and relevant accounts to identify content and engagement opportunities.
• Support live social media coverage during events, including capturing photos/videos, posting real‑time updates, and highlighting key moments.
• Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on reach, engagement, follower growth, and top‑performing content.

Required profile

• Strong interest in and understanding of social media, particularly LinkedIn.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Naturally curious about trends, formats, creators, and what performs on social.
• Ability to write concise, engaging copy for different audiences.
• Good eye for visual content and basic familiarity with Canva or similar tools.
• Comfortable creating or editing short‑form video content.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work to tight publishing timelines.
• Proactive, organized, and willing to take ownership.
