Site Supervisor – Civil Execution (High‑Rise Residential)

About the role

The candidate will act as a frontline site supervisor responsible for overseeing labour teams and ensuring proper execution of civil works on high‑rise residential projects. The role involves daily monitoring of progress, coordination with subcontractors, and supporting engineers to meet quality, safety and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily construction activities such as RCC works, shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, plastering and finishing.
• Ensure work follows instructions from engineers and tower in‑charge and monitor labour productivity.
• Coordinate labour contractors and subcontractors, deploy tools and materials, and maintain discipline on site.
• Assist engineers with setting out, layout marking and execution planning, and report any issues or delays promptly.
• Control quality by identifying defects and informing engineers for corrective action.
• Enforce safety compliance, ensure use of PPE and maintain safe working practices.
• Provide daily reports on progress, labour strength and material requirements.

Required profile

• ITI/Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant construction trade (preferred).
• 3–10 years of experience in high‑rise residential or commercial building construction.
• Strong practical site experience with labour supervision.

Required skills

• Reading and interpreting construction drawings.
