Site Manager – Signages & Graphics

About the role

The Site Manager – Signages & Graphics will be based in Bengaluru and will lead the on‑site execution of signage and graphic projects for client locations. This full‑time role blends design interpretation, pre‑press preparation and construction‑site supervision to ensure visual installations meet design intent, quality standards and project timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily site activities with design, production and installation teams.
• Supervise installation crews, monitor quality, enforce safety practices and resolve on‑site issues in real time.
• Track project timelines, report progress to internal stakeholders and clients, and ensure compliance with contractual specifications.
• Manage vendor relationships, material logistics and resource allocation on each site.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, vendors and internal teams to keep projects on schedule and within budget.

Required profile

• Strong background in graphics or graphic design with the ability to interpret and implement design layouts on‑site.
• Pre‑press expertise, including file preparation, artwork checking and production‑ready material verification.
• Proven project‑management capabilities such as planning, scheduling, resource coordination and site supervision.
• Experience in signage, environmental graphics or construction‑related site management.
• Ability to read technical drawings, use basic measurement tools and enforce safety standards.
• Diploma or degree in Design, Visual Communication, Architecture, Engineering or a related field is advantageous.
