Senior Project Consultant – Workforce Advisory (PAS WKFA)

About the role

EY is seeking a Senior Project Consultant to join its Workforce Advisory practice in Bangalore. You will work on national‑level projects that help clients align their people strategy with business goals, driving sustainable transformation across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead organization and workforce transformation initiatives, including scenario modelling, org design, workforce planning and analytics.
• Support change experience and learning programs, leveraging agile, design thinking and digital tools such as EY Noggin Labs.
• Advise on purpose, culture and leadership development to align with client strategy and operating models.
• Drive HR transformation, including service delivery redesign, cloud technology adoption and rewards policy modernization.

Required profile

• Human Resources qualification.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in HR consulting or workforce advisory.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements.
• Practical problem‑solving mindset and strong communication skills.
