Senior Production Manager – Garments (Jaipur)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Production Manager – Garments to join our team in Jaipur. This full‑time, on‑site position oversees all aspects of garment production operations. The successful candidate will drive efficiency, uphold quality standards, and lead cross‑functional teams to achieve ambitious output targets.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee stitching lines to ensure efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and quality compliance.
• Manage manpower to meet daily production targets and achieve 100 % capacity utilization.
• Optimize work‑in‑progress (WIP) on the floor to boost productivity.
• Implement specialized machinery, folders, and attachments to minimize operations.
• Develop and monitor production schedules aligned with organizational goals.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards.
• Utilize Industrial Engineering tools such as Operation Bulletin, SAM/SMV, Skill Mapping, Aids and Attachments, and Line Balancing.
• Monitor output, calculate costs, and drive cost‑optimization initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to resolve operational challenges.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree/diploma in Garment Manufacturing Technology or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of hands‑on garment production experience, specifically in woven garments.
• Prior experience as an Industrial Engineer Manager.
• In‑depth knowledge of IE tools and processes.
• Proven ability to manage production schedules and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making capabilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to thrive under pressure.
