Senior Manager Marketing Communication

About the role

We are looking for a senior leader to shape and execute the regional communication strategy for Bosch Mobility India. The role will drive brand‑aligned messaging, oversee campaigns and co‑marketing initiatives, and ensure consistent communication across all business units in India.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall regional communication strategy for the Mobility Business in India.
• Design, plan and control the regional communication calendar and budget.
• Lead regional marketing campaigns, co‑marketing activities and transformation communications.
• Ensure all regional marketing activities comply with Bosch brand positioning and corporate communication guidelines.
• Manage a regional academy delivering product information and internal training programs.
• Collaborate with business units and domain teams to align communication road‑maps with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Proven experience in senior marketing or communications roles within the automotive or mobility sector.
• Strong track record of developing and executing regional communication strategies.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work across multiple business units.
• Leadership skills to guide cross‑functional teams and drive results.
