Senior Maintenance Engineer – Executive/Assistant Manager

About the role

The Senior Maintenance Engineer will lead the definition, implementation and continuous improvement of preventive maintenance standards for production equipment. Working closely with production teams, safety networks and purchasing, you will ensure equipment availability, reliability and compliance with health‑and‑safety directives.

Key responsibilities

• Create and update maintenance work instructions using e‑WorkStation and PM+.
• Develop, schedule and maintain preventive maintenance plans, including standard task times.
• Train production teams on preventive maintenance execution and perform on‑the‑job training.
• Define spare‑part inventory standards and support supplier sourcing.
• Monitor and improve Maintenance KPIs (TRP, MTTR, MTBF, breakdown %).
• Lead continuous‑improvement projects, Kaizen, QRQC and TPM meetings.
• Participate in equipment installation, commissioning, safety validation and refurbishments.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical and electrical equipment failures.
• Contribute to SAP PM+ implementation and maintenance budgeting.

Required profile

• Proven experience in industrial maintenance engineering, preferably in a senior or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies and reliability engineering.
• Ability to coach teams, lead improvement initiatives and work cross‑functionally.
• Familiarity with health‑and‑safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.
