Senior Linux Systems Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Linux Systems Administrator to lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of our Linux infrastructure across Red Hat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Linux, and Ubuntu environments. The role combines deep system expertise with cloud operations on AWS, supporting both development and operations teams.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and monitor Linux servers to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
• Design, deploy, and optimise AWS cloud resources, balancing cost and performance.
• Create and maintain automation scripts in Python and Bash to streamline routine tasks.
• Collaborate with development teams to support CI/CD pipelines using GitHub.
• Document system configurations, processes, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
• Mentor junior team members and promote best‑practice standards.

Required profile

• 12‑15 years of hands‑on Linux system administration experience.
• Proven experience managing AWS cloud services.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and capacity to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
