Senior Executive – Operations (IATF)

About the role

The Senior Executive – Operations (IATF) will ensure timely adherence to IATF KPIs, maintain scheme trackers, and coordinate audit activities for Bureau Veritas in Mumbai.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure IATF 15‑, 20‑, 90‑ and 120‑day KPI adherence within internal timelines.
• Maintain IATF scheme trackers in Bureau Veritas systems.
• Approve IATF files, close defects, and coordinate with back‑offices, technical reviewers and auditors.
• Perform LOA reviews with India‑specific checkpoints.
• Prepare data and ensure compliance during internal IATF audits and AB office assessments.
• Act on escalation reports from GBL TQR and support the IATF project manager when unavailable.
• Send feedback forms to QHSE and Mobility clients after audits and manage renewal applications.
• Engage key clients to address concerns, follow up on certificates and audit reports, and generate leads.

Required profile

• Graduate with proven business management skills.
• Knowledge of transportation and mobility products, international regulations and markets.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a certification body or related sector.
• Understanding of South‑Asia market situation for the product portfolio.
