Senior DevOps Engineer

About the role

EY is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build and maintain cloud‑native platforms that enable rapid delivery of software solutions. You will work closely with product managers and development teams to automate infrastructure, ensure security and drive continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning with IaC tools such as Terraform, ARM templates or Bicep.
• Manage Azure resources, subscriptions, networking, storage and compute services.
• Collaborate with development teams to streamline application deployment and release processes.
• Implement source‑control and branching strategies using Git.
• Monitor performance and reliability with Azure Monitor, Log Analytics and Application Insights.
• Ensure security, compliance and governance throughout the DevOps lifecycle.
• Troubleshoot deployment, infrastructure and performance issues and support containerised workloads with Docker and AKS.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and Azure DevOps suite.
• Hands‑on expertise in CI/CD implementation and automation.
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash or Python.
• Solid understanding of Infrastructure as Code concepts and tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder communication skills.
