Senior Data Engineer – SAS Development

About the role

The Senior Data Engineer will join the Customer Remediation team to build reusable data solutions that accelerate customer outcomes. Working in a hybrid setting in Bengaluru, you will help standardise and automate data pipelines, enabling analysts to deliver timely insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support agreed financial targets by delivering cost‑effective data solutions.
• Design, develop, test and implement data assets that meet technical and business requirements.
• Provide transparent status updates throughout delivery cycles.
• Drive continuous improvement by simplifying processes and enhancing data governance.
• Estimate resources required for new development or maintenance work.
• Debug, perform root‑cause analysis and resolve production issues.
• Collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Data Analysts.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Data Engineer developing data products for analytical use.
• Strong understanding of data engineering, analysis, reporting and automation workflows.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
