Senior D365 SCM Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations Supply Chain Management (SCM) Consultant to join sa.global’s delivery team for a global manufacturing client. You will lead “Get Fit” workshops, align local processes with a pre‑piloted global ERP template, train local SMEs and coordinate cross‑functional implementation streams across multiple sites.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workshops with business owners and SMEs to map local processes to the global D365 SCM solution and document required changes.
• Configure core D365 F&O SCM modules such as mixed‑mode manufacturing, production control, master planning, inventory and warehouse management, transportation, procurement and sales order management.
• Collaborate with architects, technical teams, testing and data‑migration specialists to ensure seamless integration and data accuracy.
• Provide role‑based and scenario‑based training, support user‑acceptance testing and assist during cut‑over, go‑live and hyper‑care phases.
• Coordinate onsite and offshore resources across configuration, development, testing, data migration and deployment streams.

Required profile

• 8+ years of functional consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Participation in at least three full‑life‑cycle D365 F&O implementations.
• Deep knowledge of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes in manufacturing (process and discrete).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and active MB‑335 certification preferred.

• Configuration of modules: mixed‑mode manufacturing, production control, BOM, master planning, inventory, warehouse, transportation, procurement, sales order, quality and asset management.
• Microsoft Dynamics Lifecycle Services (LCS), Power BI, Power Platform and Power Apps.
• Experience with ISV integrations such as treasury, tax, trade compliance, Docentric and EDI.
