Senior Associate – Valuations & Financial Modelling

About the role

PwC’s Deals Advisory team helps clients navigate complex transactions such as mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and restructurings. As a Senior Associate in the Valuations Group, you will provide analysis and valuation services that enable informed decision‑making for strategic deals.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct valuation analyses using cost of capital, DCF and other valuation tools for a variety of transactions.
• Prepare detailed financial models and valuation reports that support client decision‑making.
• Maintain high attention to detail while handling large data sets and complex calculations.
• Collaborate with senior team members and communicate findings clearly in written and oral formats.

Required profile

• Strong academic track record with a CA or MBA qualification.
• Self‑motivated attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Experience with valuation and financial modelling techniques.
• Familiarity with Bloomberg and Capitaline databases (a plus).
• Knowledge of financial risk modelling and valuation modelling.
• Exposure to Alteryx for data automation (optional).
