Senior Associate – SAP FICO (Advisory) – Gurgaon

About the role

PwC is seeking a Senior Associate to join its SAP Advisory team in Gurugram. The role focuses on SAP FICO consulting, helping clients optimise financial processes, implement SAP solutions and adopt best‑practice practices across the SAP landscape.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse client requirements and design SAP FICO solutions, including New GL, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Document Splitting.
• Lead or support implementation projects on SAP S/4HANA, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Provide training and post‑go‑live support to ensure seamless adoption of SAP functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and, when required, travel to client sites for on‑site engagements.
• Contribute to project management activities and documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience with SAP FICO.
• Experience in SAP implementations; project‑management exposure is a plus.
• Relevant academic qualification such as B.Tech, MBA, MCA or CA.
• Willingness to work on‑site at client locations.
