Senior Associate - Public Relations

About the role

The Senior Associate will be responsible for media relations, research, and content development, ensuring strategies are executed effectively for the company’s clients, maintaining required documentation, and assisting in training junior team members.

Key responsibilities

• Implement integrated marketing communications programs, including public relations, social media, and visual communications.
• Develop and execute media relations strategies, maintain documentation, and support junior team members.
• Maintain strong relationships with key media publications and influencers, monitor trends, and analyze campaign results.
• Assist in client servicing, prepare business presentations, and ensure deliverables meet client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a reputable public relations agency in India.
• Strong media relations across at least two sectors such as Technology, Healthcare, F&B, Automotive, or Alcobev.
• Excellent communication, research, and interpersonal skills with a creative and strategic mindset.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, work under pressure, and travel as needed.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of AI/LLM tools such as ChatGPT.
• Familiarity with Bard.
• Experience with Writesonic.
