About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Accountant to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and taxation, with a particular focus on GSTR-2B and TDS compliance.

Key responsibilities

  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with accounting principles.
  • Manage the preparation and filing of GSTR-2B and ensure timely compliance with GST regulations.
  • Oversee TDS calculations and ensure timely payments and filings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide financial insights and support strategic planning.
  • Utilize SAP B1 for financial reporting and data management, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts, providing variance analysis and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and tax laws to ensure compliance.

Required skills

  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in GST and TDS taxation.
  • Experience with GSTR-2B filing and compliance.
  • Familiarity with SAP B1 or similar accounting software.
