About the role
Hubode, a tech‑enabled student accommodation brand in Kerala, is looking for Security Personnel to ensure the safety of its residents and property. The role involves managing entry and exit points, conducting regular patrols, and responding promptly to emergencies.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring only authorized individuals enter.
- Carry out regular patrols of the property to deter and detect any security issues.
- Respond to emergency situations, including medical incidents, fire alarms, or security breaches.
- Maintain accurate visitor logs and incident reports.
- Collaborate with residents and staff to promote a safe and secure environment.
Required profile
- At least 1 year of experience in a security or related role (preferred).
- Strong vigilance, discipline, and professional conduct.
- Ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively.
- Reliable and trustworthy with good basic communication skills.
