Security Guard – Siemens Office Floors

About the role

We are looking for a diligent Security Guard to protect two Siemens‑occupied office floors at the NCO Office in Worli, Mumbai. The role involves controlling access, patrolling premises, monitoring CCTV and supporting emergency procedures to ensure safety of personnel, visitors and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control entry and exit of employees, visitors, contractors and service personnel at designated Siemens access points.
• Verify identity cards, visitor approvals, access passes and contractor authorizations; maintain visitor and access logs.
• Conduct regular patrols of office areas, meeting rooms, service zones and emergency exits, ensuring compliance with security and safety policies.
• Observe CCTV feeds, access‑control systems and fire‑safety indicators; report any malfunction or suspicious activity immediately.
• Assist during fire drills, alarms and evacuations, guiding occupants to assembly points and confirming floor clearance.
• Record and report incidents, hazards (blocked exits, faulty lighting, water leaks) and security breaches using prescribed formats.
• Coordinate with reception, facility management, EHS and building security teams; maintain confidentiality of all records.
• Maintain punctuality, uniform appearance and professional conduct at all times.

Required profile

• Minimum 12th standard education.
• Preferably an ex‑serviceman, ideally at NCO level.
• Prior experience in corporate office security or multi‑tenant commercial buildings.
• Strong observation, vigilance and communication skills.
