Scrum Master – Advisory (GCC) – Hyderabad

About the role

PwC is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join its Advisory team in Hyderabad. The role focuses on GxP‑regulated applications and requires leading agile delivery across multiple sites while ensuring compliance and effective coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Document security plans for GxP applications and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Create and manage Configuration Items (CI) in Jira, acting as a Jira administrator when needed.
• Oversee automatic story‑point assignment using Claude‑based tooling.
• Lead coordination with site‑specific Project Managers and Business Process Technical Architects.
• Maintain and enhance a consolidated Jira dashboard that provides visibility across 20+ sites.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a consulting or advisory environment.
• Familiarity with GxP‑regulated software projects.
• Strong ability to lead cross‑functional, geographically dispersed teams.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
