SAP Project Manager

About the role

AiFA Labs is seeking an SAP Project Manager to lead SAP transformation and modernization engagements. The role involves planning, executing, and delivering AI‑enabled SAP solutions while coordinating cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end SAP project delivery from planning through post‑go‑live support.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines and deliverables with internal and client partners.
• Coordinate and mentor SAP functional/technical consultants, AI integration specialists and delivery partners.
• Manage project governance, status reporting, risk and issue management, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and AiFA Labs’ delivery methodologies.
• Facilitate workshops and client communications to align expectations.
• Monitor resource utilization and drive delivery efficiencies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, Business or related field.
• 8+ years of experience managing SAP projects or digital transformation programs.
• Deep understanding of SAP modules, implementation lifecycles and integration approaches.
• Strong stakeholder management and client‑facing communication skills.
• Proven leadership of cross‑disciplinary teams.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid project methodologies.
