Sales Support Analyst – Business Development & Sales Operations

About the role

Cohere Health is looking for a highly analytical and organized Sales Support Analyst to help its Growth organization. The role blends business development, sales operations, data analysis, market intelligence, and process improvement, using AI tools to boost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct account and market research, map stakeholders, monitor competitor activity and package insights for sales and leadership.
• Maintain and enrich CRM data, ensure data‑quality, and support governance across Salesforce.
• Analyze sales pipeline, build and maintain Salesforce reports and dashboards, and translate trends into actionable recommendations.
• Support day‑to‑day sales operations, identify process improvements, and implement automation and new tools.
• Leverage AI tools such as CohereGPT and Claude to enhance research, reporting and overall productivity.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in sales operations, business development, analytics or a related analytical role.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication abilities, with a detail‑oriented, self‑motivated approach.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Salesforce (data management, reporting, dashboards).
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.
• AI research and automation tools (CohereGPT, Claude).
