Sales Executive – Outbound Calling

About the role

We are looking for an energetic and target‑driven Sales Executive to engage with customers through outbound calls, understand their requirements, recommend suitable products or services, and drive conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned customer leads and actively drive conversions.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
• Follow up with interested and potential customers to close sales.
• Handle customer queries, concerns, and objections effectively during the sales process.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and conversion targets.
• Maintain high standards of customer communication and experience.
• Update lead status, follow‑ups, and sales outcomes accurately in the CRM/system.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling relevant products/services.
• Coordinate with internal teams wherever required to ensure a smooth customer journey.

Required profile

• 0–2 years experience in B2C sales, telesales, inside sales, or outbound calling.
• Strong communication and convincing skills.
• Customer‑focused with good objection‑handling and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable working with sales targets and performance metrics.
• Basic knowledge of CRM/calling systems and MS Excel is preferred.
• Prior experience in healthcare, diagnostics, insurance, fintech, e‑commerce, or other B2C sales environments is an advantage.
