About the role

As a Sales Advisor at H&M you will be the front‑line ambassador of the brand, welcoming customers and helping them discover fashion that fits their style. You will work in a fast‑paced store environment, ensuring a pleasant and efficient shopping experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers, offering product knowledge to guide purchase decisions.
• Maintain an organized, well‑stocked sales floor and back‑of‑house area.
• Support opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store readiness.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent, high‑quality service throughout the customer journey.
• Represent the H&M brand positively in all interactions.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, fashion retail, or a similar field.
