Retail Store Manager

About the role

Apple Retail is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead a high‑performing team in delivering the iconic Apple customer experience. You will coach, develop and empower team members while ensuring the store meets its performance and business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a diverse team to achieve performance and developmental targets.
• Recruit, train, retain and schedule staff in alignment with business needs.
• Actively engage on the floor, model best practices and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Address customer and team member concerns, escalating when necessary.
• Plan and execute operational strategies to meet store performance metrics.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect confidential information and maintain store assets.
• Promote an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple’s values daily.

Required profile

• Availability to work nights, weekends and public holidays as required.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• Proven experience leading teams in retail, sales or a related field.
