Retail Sales Executive (Executive N)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Retail Sales Executive (Executive N) to drive growth of our retail business within an assigned territory. The role focuses on building and managing a network of dealers and contractors, ensuring sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is maintained.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute monthly plans to achieve business objectives and sales volume targets.
• Visit dealers regularly, communicate schemes, and support them in reaching their sales goals.
• Identify and open new dealer counters to expand market potential.
• Analyze territory data, identify gaps, and launch initiatives to upgrade existing dealer performance.
• Organize promotional activations and product awareness meetings for dealers and contractors.
• Handle dealer queries, ensure timely resolution of complaints, and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate material, service, and promotional tool availability with internal stakeholders.
• Collect payments from dealers according to set benchmarks.
• Manage contractor enrollment and loyalty program benefits through dealers.
• Prepare daily visit reports and monthly territory performance reports.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any stream (BA/B.Com/BBA/BBM/BMS) with at least 50 % marks and no backlogs.
• 1–2 years of experience in a sales function.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
