Retail Associate – Customer Service & Sales

About the role

As a Retail Associate you will be the face of the brand, helping customers discover and purchase products while contributing to store sales and profit targets. You will work in a fast‑paced environment, ensuring a high level of service and operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor store sales, KPI and personal performance targets and take ownership of achieving them.
• Deliver the Brand Customer Service standards to exceed customer expectations.
• Act as a Brand Ambassador, consistently demonstrating brand attitude and values.
• Utilise seasonal product knowledge to communicate features, benefits and unique selling points.
• Maintain visual merchandising and in‑store communication standards.
• Process merchandise deliveries, replenish stock and ensure full product representation on the sales floor.
• Handle cash register transactions quickly and accurately.
• Minimise loss in stockroom and sales floor and perform all store operations safely.
• Collaborate respectfully with team members and complete required training.

Required profile

• High school education (mandatory).
• Preferably at least 6 months experience in a sports or fashion retail environment.
• Basic numeracy, literacy and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer‑focused attitude and willingness to learn.
