Resourcing Analyst – 6‑Month Contract

About the role

The Resourcing Analyst will oversee bench and resource planning, demand forecasting and talent allocation to ensure projects are staffed efficiently and billing risk is minimized.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy resources across and beyond clusters with minimal turnaround time, managing bench operations.
• Assist resource and bench management practices to optimise utilisation, reducing project risks and billing loss.
• Perform demand forecasting, talent planning, buffer management and track billing, deployment and attrition trends, delivering insightful reports.
• Maintain employee skill database, ensure timesheet compliance, conduct bench/new‑joiner induction and identify up‑skilling needs.
• Create and log requirement status in the RMG tool, source profiles internally and coordinate external recruitment.
• Hold weekly calls with Portfolio Leads on demand fulfilment and provide sourcing strategies within defined SLAs.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in resource/bench management or related functions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel – advanced level for generating timely, data‑driven reports.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentation.
