Registered Nurse – Clinical Consultant

About the role

Mercor is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to act as a Clinical Consultant for its AI research initiatives. The role is fully remote, contract‑based, and focuses on creating and reviewing nursing‑related deliverables that support machine‑learning development.

Key responsibilities

• Produce clear, evidence‑based deliverables that address common nursing queries for AI models.
• Review and improve peer‑generated content to enhance the quality of research data.
• Diagnose real‑world nursing problems and propose solutions that inform machine‑learning algorithms.
• Work independently, managing a 30–40 hour weekly schedule over a 3–4 week contract.
• Collaborate remotely with AI researchers, providing domain expertise to guide project direction.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of professional nursing experience.
• Excellent written communication with strong grammar and spelling.
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines.
• Immediate availability to start.
