Project Sales Technologist (Executive N)

About the role

The Project Sales Technologist (Executive N) will support Asian Paints’ project sales in the Tirupati region by delivering on‑site technical services, product training, and quality assurance. The role ensures that paint applications meet company standards, handles customer complaints, and contributes to overall business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Sales team with product trials, sampling, and on‑site inspections (pre‑, during, and post‑painting).
• Evaluate customer requirements, propose suitable solutions, and issue warranty certificates.
• Supervise landmark sites to guarantee timely delivery and correct product application.
• Coordinate warranty issuance and ensure compliance with service schedules.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
• Conduct random quality checks of tinting processes and shade compliance at godowns.
• Develop and deliver technical training modules for contractors, painters, site supervisors, and engineers.
• Capture post‑painting data (area, consumption, coverage) and report findings to sales, research, and marketing functions.

Required profile

• Experience in technical support for paint or coating projects.
• Ability to conduct site inspections, quality checks, and warranty assessments.
• Strong communication skills for training and stakeholder interaction.
• Proactive attitude toward complaint resolution and continuous improvement.
