Project Manager – Traction Power Systems

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Manager to lead traction power system projects for our customers. Based in Bangalore, you will work within a global engineering group that supplies high‑power electrical equipment for railways, renewable energy and industrial networks.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the realisation of customer projects for traction substation activities.
• Organise and manage all project tasks, ensuring timely team follow‑up.
• Guarantee material delivery that meets contract quality, cost, schedule and performance criteria.
• Maintain continuous communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of experience managing electrical projects (power distribution, renewable energy, railway or traction power preferred).
• Proven ability to lead teams and collaborate with international colleagues.
• Strong understanding of contract management and legal terms.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ERP tools, preferably Oracle.
