About the role
EY is seeking a Project Manager to lead national People Consulting initiatives within the PAS WKFA and CNS‑PC‑Talent practice. The role will support clients in aligning workforce strategy with business objectives, driving transformation across organization design, talent planning and change experience.
Key responsibilities
- Plan, execute and deliver consulting projects on time, within scope and budget.
- Apply EY consulting methodologies, governance frameworks and risk‑tracking processes.
- Coordinate cross‑functional workstreams and ensure accurate project documentation.
- Produce regular status reports and maintain issue logs.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and manage expectations through structured communication.
Required profile
- Proven experience managing complex consulting projects.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk and issue management.
- Ability to work across multiple functional teams and maintain clear documentation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
